Vintage Underwood Electric Cord Powered 555 Typewriter With Hard Case Working

This is a 1978 Underwood Electric 555 with a serial number of 8045190.Machine is in excellent condition and works as it should. Comes with the original black underwood hardcase.Ribbon is empty and needs replacing, will leave the empty one in the machine for reference. Only flaw is that the cord is taped in one spot but doesn't affect functionality. The keys on the machine move swiftly and typing is much faster than on a fully mechanical typewriter. Cord length 95 inches excellent for everyday use. superior materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
