Welcome!… you are looking at a faceplate dial from a 1962 Magnavox radio. This faceplate came out of a 1962 Magnavox stereo system. It has three lightbulbs, which I have not checked. I have not tested anything, so this is listed for parts only. The front and back sides of the glass are in good condition.
