Antique covered sugar bowl by the colonial company. I believe they are violets. Please see photos. The handles have slight gold on them. This piece would’ve been made between 1900-1930s as The Colonial Co. was active in East Liverpool, Ohio, with production dates typically ranging from the early 1900s to around the 1930s.
