The "Double Dot" nickname comes from the pair of dots between Pepsi and Cola in the machine's logo. Double Dot's were manufactured between 1948 and 1953 and were replaced by single dot slider afterwards.

The 8 ounce bottle is from South Bend Indiana and is 8 3/4” tall. The 12 ounce bottle is from Fort Wayne Indiana and is 9 3/4” tall.
