Vintage Sterling Silver Trillion Cut Blue Topaz Ring

This is a attractive trillion cut ring. I believe this is a a blue topaz but not 100% certain. The ring has a beautiful sparkle in the stone against an antique patina ring. The ring could probably be polished up to look newer and shinier but the antique patina is very nice so I am leaving it as is. The ring is a size 8.5 and the total weight is 3.8g. It does have a 925 silver mark in it and also has a maker's mark but the stamp is slightly off so all I can see is a C_A. The middle letter is cut off at the bottom so I am not sure what the middle letter is. The ring is in good used condition with some light scratches and dings from normal wear but no major flaws.
