Neck is straight truss rod is functional however the frets are uneven, has hairline cracks running through the headstock in-line with the tuners on either side and looks to be held in place by the binding and lacquer.
The nut is missing.
Has a hairline crack solely under the fretboard on the palm radius from the 8th fret to the 12th.
Lacquer peeling away in that area as well.
Stain in the lacquer on back of headstock.
Nothing a seasoned luthier couldn’t handle.
Comes with original gold tuners.
