1940 College German 4th Edition

Please take note this book is NOT in excellent condition. It has seen better days and for sure has wear and tear as shown in photos. It used to have old paperclips on some of the pages and they left rust marks/small tears at the top of some of the pages. The binding also is starting to come slightly apart as shown in photos. It also looks like the bottom of the book had a small water stain at one point, I included a photo. There is writing throughout the book also as shown, the leaflets that ask questions have been filled out as also shown. Perfect for everyday use. superior materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
