The hook has some paint chipping but does not affect the bag or hook function at all. There are some small marks on the plastic of the zippered dividers. Honestly, I believe it will come out (looks like makeup marks) but I have not tried to clean as it has been in storage and we are now moving. All zippers are fully functional- nothing wrong with the bag at all- just decluttering and it needs a new home that will use it :) superb for everyday use. superior materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
