To make Turkish tea with a çaydanlık, a double teapot, first fill the bottom pot with water and boil it. Add loose-leaf tea to the top pot and then pour some boiling water from the bottom pot into the top pot to heat the tea leaves. Let the tea brew for 10-20 minutes. Finally, serve by pouring the strong tea concentrate from the top pot into a glass, (or cup) then adding hot water from the bottom pot to reach the desired strength.
