The top says Remington-UMC and the bottom says Sporting Arms & Ammunition. This was licensed in1990 by The Remington Arms Company - which is printed on the bottom of the back. The tin is in good condition. It measures 16.5 tall and 12 wide. It is flat and would hand flat against the wall. Nice nostalgic collectors piece.
