It's used but in magnificent condition. I dunno how to use this. It was a gift I ordered some things to go with it and I still can't make it work I think you need the actual plates from stamping up. However if you use a thick cardboard it will cut through the paper. I just like my punches better so offering it here budget-friendly. I'll send the plates and I have five die cuts.
