This is a brand recent vintage Jar Jar Binks watch. It says that it is a water filled character watch but I’m not sure that there’s water in it. The character is definitely in there however. It has quartz accuracy, but it does not have a working battery. It is brand new as shown in the pictures. It does not have the clear covering of the holder.
