Report on the results of a sociological expert survey “Quality of housing and communal services in Chernihiv”

The purpose of the study: to analyze the situation in the quality of housing and communal services in Chernihiv.

The study was conducted with the support of the representation of the International Republican Institute in Ukraine.

Object of study: experts in the field of housing and communal services, representatives of local authorities and self-government, centers of political parties and public organizations, leaders of public opinion of Chernihiv:

– representatives of the Executive Committee of Chernihiv City Council;

-representatives of the main enterprises-executives of housing and communal services in Chernihiv;

– deputies of Chernihiv city council and district in the city of Chernihiv councils;

– representatives of local centers of political parties;

– representatives of local media;

– heads and activists of public organizations;

– Public activists.

Subject of study: evaluative judgments of selected experts on:

– quality of work of the housing and communal sphere of the city of Chernihiv;

– the quality of housing and communal services provided in Chernihiv;

– factors that affect the city’s housing and communal sector;

– ways to improve the condition of the housing and communal sector of Chernihiv;

– the quality of work of the main providers of housing and communal services in Chernihiv.

The number of respondents surveyed is 51.
