Provision of administrative services in Ukraine: view from regions

This publication contains information on the results of monitoring the activities of administrative services in cities of regional importance of fifteen regions of Ukraine, carried out within the framework of projects “Association of Regional Analytical Centers: A tool for improving management efficiency in the regions of Ukraine” and “Improving the administrative services system in Ukraine through the activation of analyticalpublic organizations.

The publication is designed for a wide range of readers, including experts from public administration, scientists, public activists of interested citizens.The report was prepared within the framework of the Association of Regional Analytical Centers: a tool for improving management efficiency in the regions of Ukraine, which is carried out by the Polissya Fund of International and Regional Studies in Partnership with the Association analytical centers for open society (PASOS) with the support of the European Union.
