Methodological seminar on the calculation of the European integration economic progress index and the study of trends of economic development of regions in the context of implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU and the implementation of the in -depth and comprehensive zone

On May 22-23, 2017, the event was held in Chernihiv as part of the Initiative “The Index of European Integration Economic Promotion: Economic Reforms in the Regions of Ukraine on the Way to Introduce the EU Free Trade Area”, implementedhttp://www.ier.com.ua/en) “Promotion of Reforms to Regions” with the assistance of the European Union (http://ec.europa.eu/europeaid).
The seminar was attended by representatives of the Association of Regional Analytical Centers, who will perform research of economic integration processes with the EU in each region of Ukraine. During the event, the experts of the project Yuri Vdovenko and Tatiana Zosimenko, together with the participants, considered the general issues of economic integration of Ukraine with the EU, discussed the plan of research work and drew in detail on the methodology of calculating the European integration progress index, while performing group practical tasks.
The participants of the seminar worked fruitfully on the issues of finding information on individual indicators, as well as discussing the assessment of the implementation of the economic part of the regional plans for the implementation of the Association Agreement and actions of regional authorities in the context of its implementation and implementation of PVZVT.
