The Polissya Fund of International and Regional Research (hereinafter referred to as the Polissya Fund) announces a tender for the purchase of services for logistics services in Kyiv on May 18, 2018 for 50 participants (organization of residence and food, leasing of an equipped conference room).

4.1. Description of the subject of procurement: Services in the organization of the event – conference in Kyiv for 50 participants, including:
– organization of residence of 25 participants in one- or double hotel rooms (13 people. From May 17, 2018 to 18.05.2018, 12 people.
– Organization of food 50 participants 18.05.2018 according to the scheme: coffee bro – 1, lunch – 1;

All of the above services should be provided in one place of training.
- Basic terms of the contract: the customer receives services in accordance with the contract and settlement documents (account/invoice). The contractor is obliged:
– provide services in full warehouse and within the specified time;
– within 5 days after the event, but not later than May 25, 2018, provide documents on the services rendered by the following criteria: estimate of the rendered services (with primary documentation in the annex), the act of work performed.
- The term of the price bids is: 30 days.
