During the first school day, participants were delving in detail into the basics of volunteer management and studied models of work with volunteers
– It requires great flexibility, understanding of personality and its internal motivators.
And how better to understand it? Of course, because of compiling a “volunteer portrait”
– What, in fact, participants and participants did during the second part of the first day of training.
