The second day of training “Project Management and Team Management”
What is the key to a successful project?
Coordinated team? Successful planning of all stages of the project? Detailed monitoring of the activities performed? Or maybe when the problem of the project is really “real”, not far -fetched? Or maybe a successful combination of all of the above ???
A lot of questions – but all of them were dealt with by the participants during the second day of training “Project Management and Team Management”
Of course, any theory must be backed by practice
– Therefore, on the third day of training of participants and participants, there is a consolidation of knowledge about the monitoring of the project, planning of each of its stage, work of risks, identification of problems and testing hypotheses and, of course, work with the project team
