Energy efficiency is equal to cooperation
Energy efficiency and energy saving are strategic tasks for Ukraine. Currently, the Law of Ukraine “On Energy Saving” is in force in Ukraine, which defines the basis for conservation of resources, in particular social, economic and environmental, which must be adhered to both enterprises located in the territory of the state and citizens. The state creates conditions for implementation of measures that can significantly reduce the loss of energy and own funds of Ukrainians.
This year the effect of the Warm Credit Program has been continued. Last year, three banks were involved in its implementation: Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank and Ukreximbank, which provided credit funds for the implementation of energy efficient measures. This year, Privatbank joined them.
Useful for the house, nice for the pocket.
Chernihiv can use the funds of “warm loans” for the following measures:
1. Replacing window structures, which can not only significantly retain heat indoors, but also make the appearance of the home more aesthetic. After replacing windows and doors, you can save up to 23% of heat.
2. Replacing the front door will also retain precious heat both in their own home and in an apartment building.
3. Facade insulation, roof and floor. This option is also available for residents who have created at their condominium home. The insulation of the facade of the house, which is made according to all the rules, will give an average of up to 20% of heat savings. Up to 12% of heat is stored after insulation of the roof.
4. Establishment of an individual heat point (ITP)-the event is quite expensive, but capable of giving 20-30% of heat savings, that is, the most expensive segment in payment for housing and communal services. The consumer can adjust the amount of heat use depending on the need and temperature. The parameters are controlled automatically and does not require additional costs.
The Warm Credit program has proven its importance and demand among consumers. The interest in it is increasing both in individual residents and in the newly created condominiums.
And how about neighbors?
In many countries, such programs have been operating for a long time, and over the years become more perfect. For example, Poland has stimulated the implementation of measures aimed at reducing energy consumption for 15 years. Financial support was provided for replacement of doors, boilers and more. And since the beginning of 2021, all newly built buildings in Poland must be objects with minimal energy consumption. Already, those who have decided to build such a house can obtain financial support for the People’s Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.
The rule for this support is quite simple: the higher the level of energy saving, the greater the financial assistance. Up to 50 thousand zlotys (340 thousand UAH) can be obtained for the construction of the so -called “passive” house, if the house is energy efficient – up to 30 thousand zlotys (204 thousand UAH), if the family decided to buy housing in “passive”, or energy efficient, the house, then these amounts will be 16 thousand zlotys (UAH 108).
The realities of Chernihiv.
Chernihiv adopted the “ACMH Creation Program and Support for ACMHs for 2016-2018”. Chernihiv is now on the balance of utility companies of Chernihiv (according to information collected during the program processing). Most of the premises are privately owned.
However, unfortunately, the owners of the apartments have no understanding of their own responsibility for their home and other parts of the high -rise building, which he possesses on the rights of joint ownership. Therefore, they do not have the desire to take care of communications that make accommodation in the high -rise building comfortable.
The city budget will allocate funds for major repairs under the conditions of co -financing. According to the conditions, 80% of the total amount of work is made from the city budget, and 20% attracts condominiums (HBC). The procedure for obtaining funds is spelled out in the program, which can be found at the link http://bit.ly/2nhfnqp.
World practice demonstrates that joint efforts can change the world around, raise the level of energy efficiency, enable the residents of multi -storey buildings to save money significantly and redirect them to other useful things.
