NGO Polissya Fund of International and Regional Research within the framework of the grant project “Sustainability, Security and Welfare of Communities of Chernihiv Oblast in Crisis” in accordance with the Agreement on grant No. 720bha22222285 “Program of Action and Response of Territorial Developments to Emergency Situations) for the purchase of institutional recreational kits (including sports and entertainment equipment for group work with children) for ten schools of territorial communities of Chernihiv region.

Tender announcement date: October 13 2023

The deadline for submission of tender proposals: 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of the tender announcement by October 27, 2023 inclusive.

The full list and characteristics of the product purchased in the technical assignment(Appendix 1).

The term of provision of goods: within 14 days from the date of signing of the delivery contract.

The cost of services should include the delivery of goods to the destination – Chernihiv.

Requirements for the supplier of goods – participant of the tender:

Entrepreneurial entities, duly registered under the legislation of Ukraine, have experience in the relevant field, relevant NACEs for trade, the ability to deliver within the specified address (or cooperate with the courier services) and the possibility of providing the account of the account (or the assignment) are invited to participate in the tender. The tender participant provides the organizer with the following documents:

4. The lowest price, payment terms (preferably post -payment or 50% of the value) and conditions of delivery of goods (within 14 days from the date of signing of the delivery contract).

The results of the tender will be notified to the tender by the organizer by sending relevant e -mail messages within no more than three working days from the date of the decision to determine the winners.
