Expert discussion of the Chernihiv Housing Reform Program


On December 8, 2009, at 10.00 in Chernihiv City Council (7 Magistratskaya St.), an expert discussion will be held “Draft Program of Housing and Communal Services of Chernihiv: Risks and Achievements”.

The press conference will be attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Chernihiv City Council, heads of utilities, members of the expert group on housing and communal services.

The event provides for the development and discussion of expert proposals to the project of reforming housing and communal services of Chernihiv.
Representatives of NGOs, regional and local media are invited to participate, all interested in this issue.
The event is carried out within the framework of the project “Transparent reform of housing and communal services in Chernihiv”, which is implemented by the Polissya Fund of International and Regional Research within the framework of a joint initiative of Pact Inc., the International Renaissance Foundation and the Eastern Europe Foundation.
