Experts will appreciate external processes with support of Polissya Foundation and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation

Yesterday, on August 11, a working meeting “Development of indicators of Ukraine’s foreign policy” took place in Kyiv. It was arranged by Polissya Foundation for International and Regional Studies and the Regional Office of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine and Belarus.

During the meeting, the President of Polissya Foundation for International and Regional Studies Hennadiy Maksak moderated the development of the methodology for analysis of Ukraine’s foreign policy by the experts. Thus, following European experience of processes evaluation, identifying problem points, advantages and disadvantages of other methods, the participants reached a common vision of analysis of foreign policy processes and worked out a further action plan.

The project aims at:

– broadening participation of independent experts on foreign policy in making decisions by various state institutions, involved in foreign policy implementation, improving their skills and quality of research products they provide;

– developing procedure of Ukraine’s foreign policy;

– analyzing the foreign policy of Ukraine.
