Meeting on developing a strategy for the foundation

Our organization’s team took part in a facilitated session to develop a development strategy for the foundation for 2026-2028.

The purpose of our meeting was to create a solid methodological and substantive foundation for the further development of the organization, to outline key strategic goals, objectives, and steps to achieve them.

On the first day, we conducted a thorough assessment of organizational development: from mission, values, and management structure to personnel policy, financial resources, and partnerships. We analyzed both the internal processes and external relations of the organization.

The second day was devoted to analyzing the environment in which the foundation operates and developing several development scenarios. We then focused on reviewing and agreeing on the mission, vision, and values, defined strategic goals for the next three years, and detailed them in tasks and expected results.

On the last day of work, we discussed the results of previous work, clarified strategic goals, and refined the structure of the document. The session ended with the coordination of further steps and final reflection.

“We are focusing on deepening our work on our analytical products to ensure their comprehensiveness, consistency, and practical value for users,” emphasized the head of the organization, Maksym Koriavets.

It was important for us to hear from all participants, as every point of view is important for creating a shared vision and agreeing on the priorities of our work.

We would like to thank all participants for their energy, openness, and professionalism.

Now we are finalizing the documents and taking confident steps towards development!

The event was held with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation as part of the project “Impulse: Expanding Civil Society Opportunities for Sustainability and Recovery in Ukraine,” which is being implemented with funding from Norway (Norad) and Sweden (Sida), in partnership with the Eastern Europe Foundation.
