More than UAH 1.6 billion of subsidies in 2021: how many of them are Chernihiv region

In February 2021 the Cabinet of Ministers canceled A number of positive rules for the distribution of funds for socio-economic development of regions. In particular, one of these decisions was to abolish the proportional allocation of funds between the regions according to the population. Therefore, Chernihiv region was among the regions that received the least money – only 40 million UAH, which is 2.4% of the entire subvention and 41 UAH per resident.

Only one subsidy was allocated to children’s and sports grounds. Its total cost is UAH 380 thousand (0.9%).

There are no subsidies in Chernihiv in 2021 for repair of roads in Chernihiv.

Subsidies in districts
