On February 15, 2006, the Chernihiv City Council conducted a round table “Community and Power: search and evaluation of ways of effective cooperation”. The event presented the results of monitoring the cooperation of the city council and the public in the city of Chernihiv and expert survey of heads of Chernihiv city council and city public organizations.
