4. Purchasing item information

4.1. Description of the subject of procurement: Services in the organization of the event – seminar in Chernihiv for 14 participants, including:

– organization of residence of 13 participants in the period from 22.08.2017 to 23.08.2017 in one- or double hotel rooms;

– Organization of food 14 participants according to the scheme: 08/22/2017 (Coffee Breik – 2,lunch – 1,dinner – 1), 23.08.2017 (coffee broes 2,dinner– 1);

All of the above services should be provided in one place of training.

5. Basic terms of the contract: the customer receives services in accordance with the contract and settlement documents (account/invoice). The contractor is obliged to: -Agreate services in full warehouse and within the specified time; – within 5 days after the event, but not later than 01.09.2017, to provide documents on the services rendered by the following criteria: estimate of the services rendered (with the primary documentation in the annex), the act of work performed.

6. The term of validity of the price offers: 30 days.
