Training within the “Impulse” project

Our team participated in another training session as part of the Impulse project, which was an important step in strengthening the organizational capacity and development of our civil society organization.

The three-day training was a great opportunity for us to rethink how to act in the face of change and challenges, build sustainable processes within the organization, and implement a more systematic approach to planning and analyzing our work. The monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and training tools were particularly useful, as were the practical tips that help us to realistically assess the results and impact of our projects.

In the section on financial management, we examined the legal requirements for non-profit organizations, discussed the specifics of tax audits and donor requirements for transparency and accountability. This knowledge is important for us in the context of strengthening the financial sustainability of the organization and building trust with partners.

We paid special attention to HR and teamwork topics: we talked about supporting colleagues, integrating veterans into teams, and developing leadership skills. These issues are more relevant today than ever, because it is people and their motivation that make organizations sustainable and effective.

We sincerely thank the organizers for providing a rich, practical, and inspiring space for learning, sharing experiences, and development!
