We are launching an institutional grant

We are embarking on an important path of change in our organization!

Thanks to the institutional grant, we have a great opportunity to become stronger and more efficient.

As part of this project, the Foundation team will work on:

✅ improving our analytical activities;

✅ making our advocacy activities clearer and more effective;

✅ setting up the team’s work to be coordinated and productive;

✅ enhancing everyday organizational work and management;

✅ strengthening digital security;

✅ updating internal financial and accounting rules;

✅ developing communication.

This project provides an opportunity to improve all key processes in our work and strengthen the organization from within.
