Provision of administrative services in Ukraine: view from regions

We are offered to study the activities of 15 centers for the provision of administrative services in cities of regional importance of Ukraine, which is the result of joint work of the Chernihiv Analytical Center “Polissya Fund of International and Regional Research” and representatives of the Association of Regional Analytical Centers (Arats). There are 15 analytical organizations. The geography of the study covered the city of Vinnitsa, Kryvyi Rih, Donetsk, Kiev, Lugansk, Lutsk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Kharkiv, Kherson, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Simferopol. Due to the military-political situation in the territory of Lugansk, Donetsk regions and annexation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the monitoring of administrative services centers located in the administrative centers of these regions was forced to be suspended. Therefore, in this report, the results of the monitoring of the relevant research objects are presented to the extent that has been exacerbated.
