Infrastructure occupies a key place in the development of the economy, since its existence is related to the state of productive forces and territorial division of labor, as well as the efficiency of functioning of the sphere of material production.The infrastructure arrangement of the country’s economy on the one hand depends on the rate of modernization, and on the other – it is a supplier of economic growth itself. The development of infrastructure depends on the specifics of industries and regions and is carried out in accordance with changes in the production sphere. Given that infrastructure has a significant impact on the efficiency of the functioning of businesses through the participation of production and social services in creating consumer value and product prices. The urgency of this problem will be investigated in regional economic systems. The infrastructure of the modern city, the quality of the urban environment is determined by the activity of a complex of branches of urban economy, which provide the population of the city and production. To date, the main areas of market transformation of the infrastructure of cities of our country’s regions are based on the relevant provisions of the national program. Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Approval of the State Strategy of Regional Development for the Period up to 2015”.
